Relational operators

Performs the appropriate equality or inequality comparison operation between the extreme_value_distribution objects lhs and rhs.

Two distributions compare equal if they have the same parameters and the same internal state (if any) that makes them produce the same sequence of random numbers when their operator() is invoked using equal generators.

Parameters

lhs, rhs: extreme_value_distribution objects (to the left- and right-hand side of the operator, respectively), having both the same template parameter (IntType).
